JEE Advanced 2024 Exam Scheduled for May 26: IIT Madras Releases Application Details

According to the update, candidates who have obtained the top 2.5 lakh ranks in JEE Main (based on last year’s criteria) can register for the entrance exam between April 21 and May 6.

The JEE (Advanced) 2024 examination will be held on Sunday, 26 May 2024.
For students gearing up for next year’s IIT admissions, this is significant news. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has declared the date for the JEE Advanced 2024 entrance exam, which will be conducted for admissions to various BE/BTech and other technical courses across different IITs in the year 2024. As per the schedule released by the institute on Thursday, November 23, 2023, the JEE Advanced 2024 exam is set to take place on May 26.
JEE Advanced 2024: Application Period and Important Dates
IIT Madras not only announced the date for the JEE Advanced 2024 exam but has also revealed the dates for online registration for this crucial examination. According to the official update, candidates who have secured the top 2.5 lakh ranks in JEE Main 2024 (based on last year’s criteria) can register for the entrance exam from April 21 to May 6. During this period, candidates are required to pay the prescribed examination fee.
Moreover, candidates appearing for the entrance exam can download their admit cards from May 17 until the exam date.

JEE Advanced 2024 Eligibility: Announcement Soon in Information Bulletin
Although IIT Madras has not yet disclosed the eligibility criteria for participating in JEE Advanced 2024 in the current schedule, it is expected that the institute will soon release an information bulletin containing this crucial information. It is anticipated that this bulletin will provide details about the eligibility criteria for the upcoming exam.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, has unveiled the schedule for JEE Advanced 2024. The Joint Entrance Examination Advanced 2024 is scheduled to take place nationwide on May 26, 2023, at various examination centers.
The registration process is set to commence on April 21 and conclude on April 30, 2024, at 5 pm. Registered candidates are required to complete the fee payment by May 6, 2024. The admit cards will be available for download from May 17 to May 26, 2024.
The JEE Advanced 2024 exam will be conducted on May 26 in two shifts—Paper I from 9 am to 12 noon and Paper II from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
Candidates can access their response copies on the website starting May 31, 2024, while provisional answer keys will be published on June 2, 2024. The objection window will close on June 3, 2024. The final answer key and results are expected to be announced on June 9, 2024.
The registration for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2024 will kick off on June 9 and conclude on June 10, 2024. The AAT exam is scheduled for June 12, taking place in a single session from 9 am to 12 noon. Results are expected to be declared on June 15, 2024.
The Joint Seat Allocation (JoSAA) 2024 process is anticipated to commence on June 10, 2024. For additional information, candidates can refer to the official website of JEE Advanced.
